WHY AM I UNABLE TO LOG IN?
Only authorised users may access PocketSEED. Please check
with your Company Admin for authorised access as it is
granted to users by your company.
If you have authorised access, common issues to check for would be:
- Incorrect spelling, spacing and/or capitalisation when keying in user details
- Older iOS, Android or web browser versions.
If you are still unable to log in, please write to us at
ask@bootstrap.com.sg, and provide us with the following
details:
- Name
- Company
- User details i.e. Email address or Mobile number
- Device facing difficulty

Different learners learn differently, hence we are constantly growing PocketSEED to
provide a better
learning experience
for our community.
Supported file
formats
- Plain Text
- Images in JPEG or
PNG

- Audio / Videos in mp4
- Hyperlinks
- Embedded links
WHAT LANGUAGES DOES POCKETSEED SUPPORT?
You may upload
content in any
language, or chat in
any language your
device allows.
WHY IS THERE A LAG?
Issues like poor video
quality, slow loading, buffering or choppy playback are most likely due
to a slow internet connection. We recommend getting on a Wi-Fi
connection when viewing videos for optimal performance as well as to
keep your mobile data usage in check.
Saving videos for offline viewing
would also help you avoid this problem.
To solve this issue,
please ensure that
you are connected to
a Wi-Fi connection. If
it does not work, quit
the application and
restart your device.
CAN I ACCESS POCKETSEED OFFLINE?
Learning to take
place on-the-job,
PocketSEED was
designed as a
learning and
operations tool.
Hence, the
PocketSEED
mobile
application
supports offline
access of
content.
Using a Wi-Fi
connection, please
download the
modules’ content onto
your mobile device for
offline access.
Certain features such
as quizzes or chats
still require Wi-Fi
connection or mobile
data in order to sync
with the back-end
system before further
actions may be taken.
MUST I LOG-IN EACH TIME I USE POCKETSEED?
After your first log-in to
the PocketSEED mobile
application, your device
will remain logged in.
You will be prompted to
log-in again only if your
password has been
changed or if you have
previously chosen to
log-out.
If you are using
PocketSEED on any
web browser, you will
have to manually log-in
every time you wish you
access PocketSEED.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY LOG-IN DETAILS?
You may access
PocketSEED only if
you have been
assigned an account.
As a learner, you will
receive your log-in
details via an Email
from
ask@bootstrap.com.sg or a Text Message
(SMS). Please do
check your Spam or
Junk Mail too.
Please check with
your Company
Administrator if you
have been assigned
an account, and the
notification method
that was used to
inform you of your
log-in details.
IS MY INFORMATION SAFE ON POCKETSEED?
Pocket SEED follows best practices for platform security. We employ the following protocols to keep your data safe:
- All servers are protected by a firewall
- Use server access via private/public key RSA Encryption
- IOS and Android security protocols compliant
- API security access token
- HTTTPS and SSL implementation
